Breckenridge is developing a comprehensive vision and master plan for the Riverwalk Center (RWC) area, dubbed the Riverwalk/Arts District (RAD) Renaissance Project. The plan will encompass the surrounding grounds which represents the ‘last’ open space parcel in the heart of Breckenridge. The Master Plan will be used to establish a budget to complete the projects identified, enhance programming, as well as improve the operational model of both the RWC and Arts District. We want to hear your ideas on the Riverwalk Center, the Tiger Dredge lot (adjacent to the RWC) and the Arts District. On November 14, an open house will be held to review ideas from this input and from stakeholder interviews.
Mark your calendar for Wed., Nov. 14 for a Public Forum/Open House to learn more and to give us your input. Join us in the Riverwalk Center auditorium starting at 5 p.m., presentation at 5:30 p.m., followed by Q&A.
